Quick germination. Highly recommended. Dream lawn stripes.

Hi All.

First time writing a review on anything, and I feel this deserves the attention.

I have had Buffalo down now for 5 years and wanted to overseed and fill in the holes from the thatching process coming out of winter. Knowing that I wasn't phased with 2 or 3 species of varieties I through down 10kg of the Elite Blend and RPR Perennial Ryegrass seed whilst going through the top dressing.

First I used 5kg of Elite, waited 3 weeks then threw down a further 5kg of RPR to all areas that didn't germinate or still had gaps.

It took around 5 -7 days for both products to germinate, and I would say that most of the seeds were successful.

These shots were taken 7 weeks since the Elite and 3 weeks for the RPR on its first cut at around 100mm high.

My tips and I can say this because I have a spear pump is plenty of water, use a spreader not your hands, and sand top dress before you lay the seeds.

Very happy with the results and the customer service has been amazing to talk to.

Bermuda Couch Grass Seed

Excellent stuff. Seeded the top half of my 2 acre plot and it came up a treat. Bottom half in image to be done in autumn next year, can't wait.

Perfectly balanced I can fill it and wheel without effort. It’s the best ever barrow for an elderly person. I use it for bringing my shopping inside from the car and carrying far bigger loads of wood than I could manage in the wheelbarrow. I’m amazed at how little effort is required. The only drawback is the 2 wheels stick out further than the barrow so I have to be aware of this when going through doors etc.

I chose to order based on quality advice received from staff. Informed and provided without over sell. Seed has yet to be sown so time and a little tlc will reveal all .. In this day and age of appalling customer service it’s good to find some good old fashioned service .. best you train the CEO at Qantas and the one at Telstra

I was dreading the long wait...if the seeds germinated at all. Well within one week I had green shoots everywhere and I couldn't believe my eyes. This product is terrific. I usually think the plant alternative is better than the seed option but in this case it's the seeds have proven 100% better in terms of coverage and speed of result. Thank you McKays.

I purchased 140kg of the Rye Blend seed for my 1.5acre and it took 5 days to germinate, is now 2 weeks into growth and looks amazing. The uptake has been remarkable. So happy with it. My brother has now purchased 40kgs of it and has had even better results. Amazing stuff. Delivery took about 2 days as well. Can't knock anything about the service or the product.

I had used Dichondra seeds from other company, barely had any results after 3 weeks!
But these seeds are incredible, it took 4 days to sprout and now after a week I can see leaves!

Germination was over 90% without even raking or covering with topsoil. Just watered the seeds into loose dirt and ran the sprinklers every morning. Pictures are 3 weeks apart.

have already reviewed the germination time , but thought that i would upload a couple of photos of what RPR and KBG look like together.. very happy with the results.

I purchased couch grass seed, it came quickly and was packaged well. High germination rate. I had to cancel a different order, I ordered by mistake, quick to to respond and refund.

Customer care was best I’ve had, very helpful to identify a grass question I had and she gave me her time, well worth using this company. And I will buy from them again based on their customer care. I little sceptical about the chances of resounding success with lawn seed as opposed the turf but with a week I had lush coverage of about 70% of the seeded area and the coverage improves every day
