A great spreader. The assembly instructions make it more difficult than it needs to be unfortunately. Someone rewriting the assembly instructions would make it perfect.

This product it is okay though it would be better handy to have a fertiliser side protector to stop the loss of fertiliser been thrown onto the Paving & Concrete walkways. Also would’ve been nice for the handle to fold down, to pack away.
The biggest gripe I have with this spreader is the instructions they are useless and are impossible to follow without making mistakes. It was so frustrating to put together and added far more time to put together then it actually should have and took away valuable weekend time. Unfortunately I can’t recommend this product.
Highly recommend this seeder. Makes the laying so easy as it dispenses the right amount of seeds needed. Great price and makes the job effortless. Highly recommended.
The spreader stops and starts when I’m pushing so something must be broken in the gears.
I have a 1200 sq house block and have fertilised with a hand held spreader for years. Why?? I should have spent $99 years ago and saved a lot of time and effort. McKays 25 L spreader did the job so effortlessly in such a short time. I’m very happy with this spreader.

Instructions are terrible so a lot is up to you to figure out yourself. Spreader mechanism keeps stopping unless the wheel is in the exact right location on the axle but due to the amount of play in it this is difficult to ensure. Was hoping for a bit better quality considering the price.
